We offer 2 years warranty.If there is any problem with the product, buyer need tosend us a video to show the problem. then we will send replacement parts and installation videos to solve the problem. If the problem can't be solved, buyer can send the product to European repair service in Germany for free repair.

Note: Man-made damage and the buyer's own disassembly of the machine are not covered by the warranty.
