EU Orders

The majority of our stock is despatched from various warehouses across Europe. With distribution centres in  Spain, France, Poland, Czech Republic, France and Germany we can calculate the quickest delivery routes  which allows us to provide our EU customers with Free, Expedited and Tracked delivery service on all orders being delivered within the European Union.

Once an order is received it is sent for processing. This can take 24-72 hours. Once your order is ready you'll be sent a tracking number and link via email so that you can monitor your order in transit. 

EU Delivery usually occurs within 2-10 days of a customer receiving their tracking number. 

We will always look to provide our customers with the fastest possible delivery services but please note issues outside of our control might delay certain items.

International Orders

International orders are fulfilled from our EU distribution centres but also from China and the USA depending on the product(s), their availability and the destination. Whilst we always look to provide Free, Expedited and Tracked shipping on all international orders some items might have a shipping cost depending on the destination country. When completing an order please ensure you select the correct destination country and the store will confirm whether the shipping is free or if there are any additional costs. These will be displayed prior to purchase.

Customs & Duties

Whilst the vast majority of our products are despatched from within the EU, some packages may be subject to import duties depending on the country of receipt. Please note, these are matters outside of our control and you should review the specifics with your local tax and customs office.
